Hi there!

We're Kelsy & Butch McCartney, a husband & wife photography team based in Wausau, Wisconsin.

As two full-time photographers, our time is spent capturing high school seniors who inspire us – as well as weddings & dogs. Creating in these avenues keeps us feeling fresh & inspired. :)

Aside from taking pictures, you’ll find us spending time with family & friends, and loving on Parker (our 14 year old Cavapoo pup) as much as we possibly can – you'll meet him at the studio during your senior session!

We also love:

• hiking, gardening & getting on the water

• playing vinyl and going to concerts

• grabbing cold brew at our favorite local coffee shops

• sneaking away to Charleston, SC

• exploring downtown for date nights

We’ve been doing this ‘photography thing’ for a minute and love it even more now than 17 years ago, when we took our small business full-time. That’s right, we’ve been photographing since 2008, and continue to love creating with our seniors!
